We at Pygmalion Dolls mark our packages as ‘gifts’ and put the actual value when sending out packages.

If you are worried on getting charged with custom fees,

please state the exact amount in dollars in which you

would like us to declare the package as in the shipping comments section.

However, please keep in mind that we at Pygmalion Dolls are not responsible for any problems caused by under-valuing packages.

Also, since every country has their own way of calculating and charging fees,

please also consider the possibility of getting charged with customs fees, duties, and/or import VAT.

We at Pygmalion Dolls also are NOT responsible for any custom fees,

taxes or any other fees that your country charges and

WILL NOT be responsible for shipping a returned item resulting from inability to pay the appropriate fees.

We realize unexpected fees are problematic in and of itself but it may also result in shipping delays as well.

For those of you in Europe especially, PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR TAX ID for shipping purposes in the shipping comments section as well,

as missing information will cause delay in shipping.
