Hello, this is Pygmalion.

We have some unfortunate news about our Chinese dealer 大果子 BJD.

Their 2 most recent orders were placed on July 27, 2019 and March 4, 2020.

As some of you may realized, there was a very long gap and we do not know what the dealer had said to the customers

who had placed orders in the meantime about the long delay. 

The dealer has had problems with punctuality and transparency towards Pygmalion customers  in the past and to

stop any more customers having trouble we decided to stop doing business with 大果子 BJD.

Customers who have ordered from the dealer after March 4, 2020 will no longer be able to receive the goods through the dealer,

so please cancel the transaction.

Orders on March 4th were sent to dealers via EMS on April 3rd. However,

Covid-19 has caused a lot of disruption and delay in mail service internationally.

We are very sorry to be informed that the dealer may take up to a month to receive the order.

The tracking number is difficult to disclose in an open space due to information leakage,

so if you are curious about the delivery status, please contact us individually.

We will be looking for another Chinese dealer and will notify you again once a new dealer is decided.
