Information about Pygmalion Eyes
We are providing custom urethane eye production services due to the fact that Pygmalion Dolls
require smaller eyes which may be difficult to find.
You can customize the eye size, iris size, color and overall concept of the eyes.
Our default style is a more realistic eye with 3D iris patterns.
We use a small amount of glitter / beads which you may request to your liking.
Eye Size: 10/12/14/16mm
Iris Size: 4~10mm in 0.5mm steps
Beads (for pupil): Black, Aurora Black, Aurora Gray, Aurora White, Clear Aurora, Mirror / No Beads Option

Iris Size
Iris sizes under 6mm can be simpler in color and pattern due to the size being smaller.
The pictures above are zoomed in to show more detail.
Robin, Ha, Kyle and Allen usually use 14mm eyes with either:
5mm (Slightly more sharper image) , 5.5mm (Normal) , 6mm (More Puppy-dog eyes) Irises.
The eyes used in our shop pictures are mostly 14/5.5mm eyes.
Han, Lavier, Mathew use 12mm Chen use 10mm eyes with 4.5mm , 5.0mm , 5.5mm Irises.

Important Note:
We create the irises on bases by HAND using a dremel tool. Due to the hand-made nature,
the iris may not be perfectly centered.
(Example: Top one is defective, bottom two are within accepted limits)
There may be some resin spillage outside the iris.
The Iris may not be a perfect circle and there may be some differences between 2 eyes (color, size, shape etc.)
Unless you are very sensitive, this differences are not noticeable when the eyes are worn by the doll.

Also note that there may be some microscopic dust particles or bubbles present.

To order Random Eyes, send payment according to size and additional features,
then add the size you want in the shipping message.
For other Custom Eyes, please leave a request in the Q&A board.
We will give you a reply as to whether it would be possible to create.
Special Custom Orders (If you have a specific reference,
if you would like 2 or more colors in the Iris etc) are an additional $15.
For example: 14/5mm sized eyes similar to => a company's product (either Pygmalion Dolls or other)
=> Similar to someone's eye
=> Gradient colors
The total would be $35 + $15 = $50.
The eyes are flat-backed and made with Urethane resin.
Since they are completely hand-made, no 2 will be alike. Even if you request a set based on our pictures,
they may not be 100% same.
When requesting based on another company's product,
due to ethical / legal reasons and due to our shortcomings
we will not be able to reproduce them with total likeness but
will do our best to create a set with a similar character.
Due to the eyes being made to order, we cannot accept exchanges / returns due to
simple change of heart (unless there is a serious defect).
Please keep the eyes out of UV / sunlight and heat and handle with care to prevent scratches.
** The eyes will arrive in a black container to prevent yellowing of the resin due to UV light exposure.
Production times are up to 2 weeks (from the date of payment) for
Random Eyes and up to 3 weeks for Special Custom Eyes.
If you are only ordering eyes, you may request other methods of shipment other than EMS.

Because we are not a professional Eye making company, we may have some shortcomings.
Due to this, we have set the cost relatively low. We would appreciate your kind understanding.
