The new body has wider shoulders and larger feet than the old body. Other sizes are similar.
Externally, the muscles are slightly more defined and the joint working has become similar to IYH30.
Also, the thickness of the joint plate increased compared to the old body.
The doll is wearing a normal-to-loose fit short sleeve shirt (though the fit may vary depending on the garment and/or material).
As you can see, it is possible to put clothing made for sd17 on if the garment is not tight and made of elastic material.
However, if the sd17 clothing lacks elasticity or an opening, some parts may need to be removed when dressing
(the clothing may get stuck around the
shoulders).
SID~EID size garments from 'IP** HOUSE' fits well. The EID garments are a little loose fitting.
Pants made for EIDs fit, but anything smaller cannot be worn.
The costume on the photo is made by us.
The new body can only wear shoes made for 70cm+ dolls unlike the old body which
was able to wear both shoes made for SD17 and 70cm dolls due to it being borderline between sd17 an 70cm in foot size.

There may be slight differences depending on measurement position.
PYGMALION regards aesthetic aspects as a top priority.
So, we had to give up a bit of functional aspects that inevitably collided with the aesthetic side.
For example, external joint notches are functionally superior to the posture fixation perspective, but it is a minus aesthetically,
which is why we did not incorporate the notch and instead put a wire skeleton inside.
Joint holes are not exposed to the outside and while the doll is capable of most usual postures,
the range of motion may be less than bodies from other companies.
In order to minimize the distinction between the parts (and thus create a smooth appearance),
the intersection between two parts can be thinner than that of other companies'.
As a result, wear may occur in certain areas (detailed explanation below).
In the case of the new body, since the stronger wire is planted in the inside, the posture fixing force is better,
but it requires more strength and caution when posing.
You have to angle more than necessary for the parts to be fixed at the intended angle.
The sequence of operations is from proximal to distal (closer to the center of body towards outer limbs).
If the order is changed, joint adjustment may not be possible.
For example, if you want to bend legs as a whole, first bend the joints of hip and thigh first and then bend
the joint between knee and thighs.
For upper body, bend the shoulders then the elbow.
To straighten the joints again, straighten them in the opposite order.
The wrists, ankles and heads are not wire-fastened, and the waist is made up of individual wires,
so it can be moved individually.
Sometimes when the range of motion is increased, such as in a sitting position, the wire may get pulled away causing the knee to hang loose.
In this case, if you open between the joints and bring down the wire that has been raised using pliers to below the calf part, you can fix knee joints.
If you move the joints too often, the durability of the wires can be weakened, which is a usual side effect of wire skeletons.
If necessary, you can increase the fixation force of the joint by inserting the joint fixing parts separately,
but that may cause extra space between the joints.
About Damages during production
Seam lines are not removed.
Large air bubbles or dust particles embedded in areas not normally visible (joints, inside head, inside parts) are not considered to be damages.
There may be texture differences between polished parts and non-polished parts.
There may also be some inconspicuous and fine scratches.
TEIA71 Full bodies are larger in size and require large amounts of resin and a larger mould (some over 3kg in weight).
Even if we try our best to rid of dust by using powerful fans, airguns, numerous tape, vacuum cleaners, nets to catch particles, dust particles are
inevitable (unless working at a computer chip factory - which is not the case), especially in larger projects such as this.
We will try our best to remove visible dust particles but please understand we cannot remove every minute dust.
Usually, the head is often discarded because it is regarded as defective even with a little dust that can only be seen when searched for under bright light,
but we can’t work on a body as thoroughly as the head, so only the visible dust is removed.
For instance, you can see a black dot between the right chest and stomach (doll's right) which qualifies for removal.
We would appreciate it if you could understand dust and air bubbles that are inevitable and
part of the doll's character as we humans can’t be perfect and without any spots.
Below is the part where friction is relatively strong during motion and there is a risk of wear.
They are pelvic thigh, the back of the knee, the front of the chest and only the exposed part when photographed.
Though not externally visible, the posterior of the back inner joint will also have a stronger friction during a hunched over pose.
When operating this part, lift the joint slightly so that the parts can be prevented from abrasion by folding the joints while preventing the friction between the parts.
It is possible to wear the parts as depicted above if you just adjust the joints while they are touching each other.
If you are worried about wear, please pay attention to the operation or fix the joint fixing parts separately.
Mobility test
When you lift the both arms, you cannot lift them completely.
When you lift one arm, you can keep 90 degrees.
Any poses with both arms going against gravity will not hold well.
The two arms are fixed with a single skeleton and move together.
If you want to increase the fixing force more, you can increase the friction force with sueding / KIPs parts.
If you move only one arm, it will be fixed well.
About extra joint notch options
As a standard, an extra notch is not provided on the thigh part, as seen on the doll's left side (the doll's left) in the picture below.
As mentioned above, we at PYGMALION give utmost importance to the contour line so notches are usually skipped.
If you intend for your doll to be displayed standing most of the time, notches are not necessary.
However, if you frequently put the doll in a sitting position or bend the pelvis, you should have a notch like the circle in the photograph.
(The extra notch can be selected on the option. Because it is handmade, there may be subtle differences in each object.)
Without a notch, the it is virtually impossible for the doll to sit.
Below is a mobility test if you choose the notched thigh option.
When an extra notch is on the right side (from the doll's perspective), the legs can be stretched out stably. In the case without the notch (the left) the leg
swings outward. Even with an extra notch on one side, the doll will be able to sit but without on either, the doll cannot.
It is also possible to fix the legs at right angles while standing.
However, similarly to other poses, this makes balancing difficult and require extra care to prevent falls.
The last picture is a floating leg.
Angles of about 45 degrees are possible without a separate notch.
