and plans to continue to provide administration (free/paid exchanges, maintenance, etc.) and benefits.

These kinds of follow-up services and benefits are limited to buyers of authentic Pygmalion goods,
so please understand that these benefits cannot be offered if there is difficulty in verifying authenticity
(verification of authenticity certificate / plate or inscription) or if the inscription is not correct.

To receive warranty service for a new product for defects caused by user error / misuse, you may be
charged with the round trip shipping. Please create a post on the Q&A board with details of your service request.

* Resizing Eye wells: $ 5
(Only possible to enlarge, maximum 4mm. May cause thinning of the eye lid area and cause spaces between eyes and eye lid.

In the case of damage as a result of customer negligence you will be able to receive a paid exchange service.
You may ONLY exchange with the same product with the same specifications / options.

Products currently on sale (head, body, full doll) can be paid exchanged for a 20% discounted rate.

There will be extra charges for Sand Beige. Tan skin is discontinued and cannot be serviced.

The customer is responsible for the  round-trip shipping fee.
If you send the part(s) that you wish to be exchanged as well as the delivery fee(advanced payment via Paypal)
and production fee for the part(s) to Pygmalion, we will send you the new part(s).

However, exchanges exclude parts that are being sold as individual units (including IYH30 heads).
Please be aware that, being a new part, the color may differ slightly to the body that you already possess.
