Exchanges / Refunds:
Normally, all orders go into production AFTER the ordering period ends.
Please be informed that it is difficult to exchange or fully refund your
order once the production process has started.
Every production process costs money and great manual effort thus we will
only be able to refund
70% of the purchase price if the order is cancelled
within 1 WEEK of payment.
AFTER 1 WEEK from the payment date, we will not refund or exchange your
order. Please place orders after careful consideration.
Product Defects:
If you have found a proper defect (as defined in ‘Skin color guide &
Damages in processing’ article)
please post an inquiry on the Q&A board
with a specific description of the defect and CLEAR PICTURES of the defect
within
7 DAYS of receiving your order to ensure a speedy and accurate
resolution.
Defects resulting from customer negligence and/or misuse may cause
extra fees and we reserve the right to refuse any service.
Any products shipped to
use without an inquiry post will be refused and sent back so please make sure
to inquire beforehand.
If a proper defect is found, if we
are contacted AFTER 7 days of receipt, the customer will be responsible for the
shipping to and from Pygmalion.
We reserve the right to refuse
exchange if the product is not in the same condition upon receipt or it has
obvious signs of use.
