Average production time for head parts is approximately 30 business days, and approximately 50 business days for bodies.

With holidays and weekends included, this roughly translates to 1.5 months for heads and 2~3 months for bodies.

Depending on the working speed and hours put in for manual labor, production times may vary.

We also depend on the weather (as resin is susceptible to humidity, and

production time will increase during the summer monsoon season) which is beyond our control.

Normally we will let customers know approximately when items ordered in a specific ordering period will be shipped out.

Please refrain from asking when individual orders will ship (this may affect not only the quality of your order but also the quality of other orders).

We at PYGMALION use EMS (Express Mail Service) ONLY and will provide you with a tracking number after your order is dispatched.

Delivery may take up to 2 weeks depending on your location. Shipping fees are calculated according to your region.

The recipient will be held responsible for any additional fees subjected to international shipments

including but not limited to import duties, customs fees and taxes.

Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them.

In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped.
