Hello this is Pygmalion. First of all, all the rest of the 9th ordering period orders will be shipped out by tomorrow morning.

Secondly, we will be accepting orders before the weather gets even worse.

The ordering period will start May 29th Tuesday 9:00PM and will end June 4th 11:59PM

(both in Korea time, GMT+9) and will only include TEIA71 Heads.

** However, we reserve the right to close the ordering period at any time before the proposed end date if the order number limit is met **

TEIA71 Bodies are excluded in this ordering period due to the difficulty in production during hotter weather.

Custom order eyes are also excluded due to the volume of work.

We will not be accepting orders during the summer / monsoon season due to high humidity and

temperatures leading to higher rates of defective products.

I personally will also be busier than usual with new product development and exhibition planning.

The 11th International Ordering Period will be around September ~ October so please plan accordingly.

Sadly we will not be able to accept any orders after this ordering period ends until the fall.

Also, I would like to let you know that I have been experiencing some serious health issues due to lack of rest, sleep and food.

Usually, I would try to continue on working but I feel like I am crossing the line of no return...

My health issues and over exhaustion is starting to affect my ability to work so

I decided to take my time and work while going to the hospital.

I am afraid if I don’t start fixing the issues, I won’t be able to work at all.

I would appreciate your kind understanding that the shipping date will be delayed 1 month than usual

to account for the weather and my rehabilitation schedule.

If you order and send payment on May 29th, your order will be shipped out on August 10th at the latest (as an example).

To compensate for the delay, we will be giving you a discount of 5% on all orders of white / warm ivory skin colors.

Please understand that due to the increased difficulties producing Tan and Sand Beige colors, those will be excluded in the discount.
