For products without a 'Default Makeup / Faceup' option, the faceups were done by me for promotional reasons

thus we do NOT accept any faceup orders for them. 

Faceups include eyelash application but will NOT include eyes. 

Since all faceups are done by hand, there may be differences among them, with the promotional pictures and some asymmetry. 

Currently, the heads with default faceup options are Noah and Libra. 

There is an option to add default faceups for these heads in the product detail page. 

For LIBRA, only the female version of the faceup is offered. 

The heads used for promotional pictures are all White Skinned, but to create a more realistic texture,

the heads might become darker than the body. If you are sensitive to the color difference of the head / neck - body, 

please be aware of this and take this into account when making the decision to add the default faceup. 

If needed, 357partment may offer body blushing to match the colors. However, this will need to be requested directly to 357partment. 

357Partment also offers other types of faceups, which also would need to be directly requested to them.

Faceups will take 3 months starting from the time when 357partment accepts the head. 

This will add to the time of final shipping to you, so please be aware of this. 

Pygmalion Dolls will be shipping out the final finished orders and your order will be sent together after the head/s with faceups arrive to Pygmalion.

If you ordered a head with the body, the head may be packaged separately to avoid damage to the faceup.
